As we approach the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, we invite you to gather with us this summer for Freedom250 — a World Convocation for Personal and Planetary Freedom.

This unified summer experience brings together the Freedom Conference 2026, Summit University 2026, Essentials pathways for newer students and seekers, children’s and teen programs, volunteer opportunities, and both online and in-person participation.

For those seeking the fullest immersion into the Freedom250 field, participants may register for the Full Journey experience, combining both programs into one unified pathway with preferred bundled pricing.

Those who begin with the Freedom Conference may also choose to add Summit University later as their summer plans unfold.

Individual attendees are encouraged to register through their own Keepers of the Flame account for the most seamless registration experience.

Additional communication regarding Teaching Centers, Study Groups, Broadcast Center participation, and group registration pathways will follow separately. We kindly ask groups and organizers to wait for those instructions before registering participants individually through shared accounts or email addresses.

Goals for 2025

Our focus for 2025 is to build upon the momentum of our recent victories by fulfilling the critical objectives outlined in our Mission Fulfillment Plan:

  1. Publish the teachings in all formats and preserve the entire body of ascended master teachings for posterity.
  2. Develop future leadership in our organization.
  3. Continue to communicate the Everlasting Gospel to the world through international outreach.
  4. Focus on servant leadership to further develop the Community of the Holy Spirit.
  5. Manifest and maintain the physical chalice of the Inner Retreat.
  6. Support community-wide spiritual practice for the Path of Initiation.
  7. Focus on funding The Summit Lighthouse to fulfill the many mandates of the Great White Brotherhood and our physical needs.

Looking ahead, our 2025 goals are bold and inspiring. Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the efficient operation of our facilities and equipment here at the Inner Retreat. This position ranges from per-forming routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems, to ensuring compliance with county, state and federal safety standards. This job requires one to have strong technical background, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This position is responsible for maintaining the Royal Teton Ranch, Sphinx trailer park, and Yellowstone Hot Springs Resort properties’ plumbing (water and gas), HVAC, electrical, lighting, and overseeing the maintenance and reporting for the public water and septic systems. Also coordinates with the Community Operations team on maintenance issues, especially when working with contractors. Performs emergency building, infrastructure, and HVAC repairs in a timely manner.

Property Manager

The Property Manager oversees the daily operations and management of the Royal Teton Ranch (RTR) buildings and infrastructure. This includes the maintenance of the RTR rental housing units and Sphinx Mountain Mobile Home Park and ensures all property operations adhere to Montana and federal laws. The property manager contracts with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and roofing contractors as necessary. Works closely with the COO on budgets, monthly expenditures and long term maintenance plans.

The Property Manager is a team player who has a strong attention to detail, responds to situations in a timely manner, and who is committed to running our properties in the best way possible. Coordinates activity with the maintenance crew, grounds crew, Business Office, bookkeeper/accounting, Volunteers-in-Action (VIA) and HR teams. If you have experience in property management, general contracting, or running a maintenance crew, please consider applying and working in the Big Sky Country. We have training programs to bring you up to speed on Montana's property management laws.

Ever wonder how the Summit Lighthouse is changing the world?
How Has Your Participation in the Summit Lighthouse
Benefitted and Changed Your Life?
Please join us on a March 26th zoom call to participate in a research project that will help answer that question.
The purpose is to learn from members of our worldwide community about how they have been affected by being part of an Ascended Masters organization. The session will use an appreciative inquiry methodology, a positive discussion tool that focuses organizations on learning from what is working and how they can do more of that. This project began at the 2025 Freedom Class Leadership Round Table.
This follow-up event will allow you to share your experiences and help us discover more stories and insights.
The results of your sharing will be published for the 2026 Freedom Class in two forms:
1). A poster summarizing everyone’s answers that you may hang in your center
2). A listing of people’s detailed answers available on our community website.

Now, to prepare we have crafted a Quick Start and Leader’s Guide Sheets to get you started.  You may recall a packet of information sent out by the Spiritual Community team in November.  Great! if you have already started working with it.  However, for those of us who need the “Cliff note” version please look for these attached forms: 

  1. The Quick Start Guide:“Two Keys for Those Working on the Gratitude Wall as a Group.” We would love for you to read it now so you will know WHY your sharing is important for the Gratitude Chart.
  • Describes the entire process
  • Gives you sample stories that have been shared
  • Offers tips to get started for the group or individual activity
  1. Leader’s Guide for Groups: In case you would like to make this a festive group activity we are providing our leaders with the “Leader Guide to the TSL Appreciative Inquiry” as a step-by-step guide to forge ahead with suggestions to support your creative fun way of storytelling during the Christmas activities you are planning.
  • Follow Steps 1-3
  • Share your answers in your “Gratitude Sharing” event by January 15th (or ASAP)
  • Step 4 and e-Mail in your answers to The Summit Lighthouse
    (see sheet for mailing information).
